Stocking a Vegan Pantry

"But, what do you eat?" One of the many dreaded questions I face every day when someone finds out about my lifestyle. But it's not because I don't want to answer, it's because I couldn't ever narrow down my answer. I eat SO MUCH. And so many different things everyday. But if you're starting out vegan and want to prepare your kitchen, these are the foods I tend to have on hand. The most important thing will always be fresh produce, but there's plenty you can load your cabinets up with.
